“ Simply awesome! The atmosphere is outstanding. Elegant, although very friendly. Our waitress, Doris, was the best. Extremely attentive, always took special attention to our needs. Gave us all the options not in the menu clearly. Felix, the owner, was always personally on the lookout to make our visit simply the best there is. If you are into great wine alternatives, this is the place. Will be back for sure! ”
“ I came to to calichi recommended to me by tiktok! We are tourist from MS & MI. I ordered the fried red snapper & Asiago Salmon, Both were Immaculate ! It was soooo good I had to come back! On my second visit We met Dory , Orville’s sister! She was our menu translator & had very good conversation. She Recomemended the best of the best on the menu & we absoulety enjoyed everything! We got vegetable empanadas, shrimp skewer, & sweet plaintain also mushroom , pineapple tacos! Multiple stars of the show! We also asked her what market can we get soursop bc it’s not avaiable in our home area & to our surprise they have fresh pressed soursop juice! It was amazing, I wish I could bring a gallon home. We loved it! The service from dory was attentive, passionate & caring. Orville remembered us from the night before. 1000/10 , Thank you guys for such a memorable experience! ”

“ Excellent food at with a beautiful ambiance. We visited Calichi Gastrobar for the first time on our honeymoon. Placed on top of a hill it gives a scenic view. We were there on a Friday where there was an amazing jazz trio playing, which really added to the experience. For the food we went for the Churrasco 10oz with Parmesan Risotto and Salmon Asiago with Parmesan Risotto. Especially the meat was phenomenal. The salmon was super fresh and definitely worth the money. The Churrasco was super tender and perfectly medium. As drinks we ordered a Parcha Juice and a Martini, which were both super fresh and very well mixed. We went there at 6 pm and there were not many people yet. Nevertheless we got our food in maybe 15 mins after our order, which was really great. The waitress was also really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to go out on a nice evening and enjoy good food. ”

“ OUTSTANDING!!! The venue is spectacularly placed with panoramic views of a beautiful mountain scape. While exquisitely beautiful in the daylight, the venue became a festival of light as the darkness of the evening descended. The team of staff were exceptional: warm, welcoming and went above and beyond to make our visit something truly special! Luis and Felix were especially wonderful to us during our dinner - their kindness made us never want to leave! The food is fantastic - fresh, expertly prepared and packed with flavor. Their vegetarian and vegan offering were especially noteworthy as I have yet to see the quality and diversity of options on offer matched anywhere else on the island - OUTSTANDING! We will be returning again and again and recommend it to friends and family alike.
